1. Neutral cleaners

Alcohol‑based gloss cleaner
For gleaming surfaces, free of streaks. Intensive cleaning performance from a combination of cleaning alcohol and quick wetting, active washing ingredients.

Bio‑Super concentrate
Contains environmentally friendly ingredients. Neutral product, kind to the skin. Bio‑Super concentrate can be highly diluted. Even the addition of half a dessert spoonful per bucket is usually sufficient to ensure deep cleaning.

ISO Clear gloss cleaner
Alcohol‑based cleaner with anti‑bacterial effect and long lasting scent of cleanliness and freshness. Dries to a transparent glass‑like finish on a wide variety of surfaces.

ISO Floor cleaner
ISO floor cleaner is based on the ingredients used in ISO clear gloss cleaner, but with the addition of protective ingredients. Repeated use results in a gleaming protective film.

Instant cleaner
Synthetic, re‑impregnating cleaner for all waterproof floors. Leaves a gleaming protective film after repeated use. Particularly suitable for wiping priming coated floors clean on a daily basis.

Superalosol ‑ neutral cleaner
Universal, highly concentrated neutral cleaner for use on almost every type of surface and object, e.g. floors, vehicles, sanitaryware, plastics, metals, textiles and painted component parts. Superalosol can also be used as a washing‑up liquid in that it is kind to the skin and degradable, has a re‑impregnating effect and leaves a pleasant lemon‑orange fragrance.

Syndet‑Special ‑ neutral cleaner
Similar to Superalosol in effect and chemical composition, but specially recommended for cleaning large areas. 

Use it only ‑ concentrated alcohol‑based cleaner
Highly concentrated alcohol‑based cleaner, suitable for a variety of purposes and pleasantly scented. Bottles incorporate a dosage control feature, ensuring that the concentrate is diluted and used in the prescribed manner.

2. General purpose cleaners

Active cleaner
Cleaning fluid for internal and external use around the house. Since only a small quantity is required, it is particularly economical.

General‑purpose cleaning fluid
General cleaning fluid containing ammonium chloride, giving outstanding dirt releasing capabilities. Highly economical while, at the same time, completely harmless to the materials on which it is used.

Green instant cleaner
A top‑class product ‑ general purpose cleaner containing ammonium chloride. Used in economical quantities, dries to a uniform finish, free of streaks. Certified harmless to the skin by the Hygiene Institute of the Ruhr.

Fensterklar - Window cleaner
Contains a high proportion of ISO alcohols, wetting and flowing agents and ammonia for increased cleaning effect when used on factory windows. Supplied in ready‑to‑use form in 1‑litre bottles.

Quick cleaner (unscented)
Unscented cleaner, hence particularly suitable for kitchens and other food preparation areas. Subsequent disinfection can be obtained with Xyloquat LE, a similarly unscented disinfectant.

Losoxinat ‑ blue®
Dissolves dirt and resolves every cleaning problem! Non‑foaming product for manual or machine use with almost unlimited applications, from maintenance to basic cleaning.

Losoxinat‑Forte®
In terms of uses, this product falls between all‑purpose and basic cleaners. Depending on dilution, Losoxinat‑Forte can be used as either.

Use it only ‑ concentrated universal cleaner
A highly concentrated universal cleaner of the latest generation. Bottles incorporate a dosage control feature, ensuring that the concentrate is diluted and used in the prescribed manner.

3. Basic cleaners

Aluminium and metal cleaner
For cleaning heavily soiled or weathered aluminium and for the removal of oxide films from other metals.

Amin-Polymer/ Basic amine‑polymer cleaner
Our standard product! The addition of amines ensures the easy removal of even persistent soiling from copolymer floor coverings.

Butox super basic cleaner
pH‑neutral basic cleaner. Exceptionally efficient at dissolving dirt on any material sensitive to alkalis. Readily biodegradable. Particularly suitable for removing old build‑ups of sealants, wax and soap and coating deposits.

Florisal basic cleaner
Powerful basic cleaner for the removal of wax and metal interlaced acrylate sealants. Also suitable for linoleum floor coverings.

Muron ‑ the dirt beater
Exceptionally powerful basic cleaner for particularly persistent soiling. Efficiently dissolves grease, oil and old wax and plastic coatings.

Linoleum / Super basic cleaner
We developed this foam‑type basic linoleum cleaner to counteract the problem of linoleum floor coverings becoming discoloured from the use of alkali‑based cleaners.

Losostan ‑ yellow®
The balanced composition of this product gives it exceptional cleaning power, combined with a protective effect. All surfaces are deep cleaned, free of any dulling residues.

Losostan ‑ red®
Neutral cleaner, proven over many years of use, which achieves its effect through its content of synergetically coordinated, degradable solvents. Losostan‑red can be used to advantage in situations where an acid or alkaline cleaner is ruled out.

4. Floor cleaning fluids

Colamine cleaner
Floor cleaner, containing colamine, with exceptional cleaning power. Used with increasing success, in particular, in heavily soiled industrial offices. Generates little foam and can therefore be used with floor cleaning machines.

Napolan cleaning fluid
Cleaning fluid for all types of floor covering, particularly suitable for dimpled rubber floor coverings and stone floors. Contains no wax, soap or plastics, therefore leaves no unsightly build‑ups around the edges. Lends itself to being polished for long‑term effect.

Protective cleaner
Solvent‑free cleaner consisting of a combination of synthetic active washing substances and hard soap, making it particularly suitable for use in cleaning machines over large floor areas. Certified harmless by the Hygiene Institute of the Ruhr.

Sapogold · Gold soap®
Powerful cleaning concentrate consisting of natural soap with increased cleaning power, achieved by a special combination of synthetic surfactants. Antistatic, non‑slip effect. Highly concentrated, hence particularly economical.

SD Floor cleaner
Powerful floor cleaning concentrate containing synthetic protective ingredients. Antistatic, non‑slip effect.

Use it only ‑ concentrated floor cleaner
High concentrated floor cleaner containing no soap, plastics or wax. Particularly suitable for dimpled rubber floor coverings and stone floors. Bottles incorporate a dosage control feature ensuring that the concentrate is diluted and used in the prescribed manner.

Use it only ‑ concentrated soap cleaner
Highly concentrated cleaner made of natural soap. Can be readily polished for enhanced appearance. Bottles incorporate a dosage control feature ensuring that the concentrate is diluted and used in the prescribed manner.

5. Wax cleaners

CeOdee ‑ quick cleaner®
In practical terms, CeOdee falls between a re‑impregnating cleaner and a wax cleaner. It combines the essential characteristics of both product categories.

Gloss cleaner
In addition to active washing surfactants and emulsified hard waxes, this cleaner also contains copolymer plastic dispersions. As a result, it forms a shiny, hard‑wearing protective film on the floor.

Sapoblank®
Well proven cleaner containing wax and cleaning agents. Thanks to its wax content, it forms a natural gloss, longlasting protective film on the floor. A pleasant fragrance develops in rooms cleaned with Sapoblank.

6. Coatings / Sealants

CeOdee ‑ primer®
Priming emulsion for the pretreatment of highly porous floor coverings, e.g. old linoleum.

CeOdee‑Super sealant®
Priming coat for waterproof floors. CeOdee‑Super sealant is a metal interlaced, hard emulsion consisting of copolymer plastics and waxes. The high gloss sealing coat is exceptionally resistant to abrasive wear.

CeOdee ‑ Sept®
Permanently plastic sealant for use in hospitals. Exceptionally hard‑wearing, resistant to disinfectants and easy to keep clean.

CeOdee ‑ Super‑metallic®
Possesses the same usage characteristics as CeOdee‑Super sealant but is even more hard‑wearing and durable.

IGL ‑ Gloss wax · extra
Consisting of light waxes and secondary agents, counteracting any yellowing effect on cleaned floors.

IGL Copolymer gloss
Contains a high proportion of copolymer plastic emulsion additives, giving the product a high gloss finish and outstanding durability.

Oligomer long‑term sealant
May be equally well used as a coating in concentrated form or in a polishing machine (high speed type) to improve damaged, sealed floors.

7. Toilet and bathroom cleaners

Chlorine cleaner
Cleaning solution giving off chlorine for the removal of light soiling around the edges of basins and toilets. Bleaches and acts as a strong disinfectant.

Citronia® multi‑purpose bathroom cleaner
Environmentally friendly, lemon based cleaner for kitchens, toilets and bathrooms. Has a disinfectant and deodorising effect. Dissolves minor residues of limescale, soap, etc. Can also be used on glass and mirrors.

Express cleaner
Express cleaner is reinforced with solvents, giving it a rapid, thorough cleaning effect. Concentrated cleaning power dissolves even thick layers of dirt in the minimum of time. Express cleaner contains no acids or caustic alkalis!

HD Cleaner
An exceptionally powerful alkaline fluid for the basic cleaning of waterproof and alkali resistant surfaces. Also particularly effective as a high pressure cleaner for grills and ovens. Despite this, it is biodegradable.

H4S Basic bathroom cleaner
Powerful acidic cleaning agent for the basic cleaning and, particularly, the removal of longstanding deposits of water, urine and limescale and rust in industrial toilets, washrooms and bathrooms.

Inhibitor
Powerful bathroom cleaner (containing no hydrochloric acid) with additional grease dispersing agents and limescale blockers. Does not attack chromium plated fittings. For use wherever heavy deposits of lime, urine and water scale are present. Awarded a test certificate by the Saeurefliesner Institute and the German Association of Sanitaryware Manufacturers.

Oxide cleaner
Well proven cleaner for toilets and swimming pools. High viscosity ensures that the liquid adheres efficiently to surfaces undergoing cleaning.

Sani-Klar - Clear bathroom cleaner
For the daily care and cleaning of toilets and bathrooms. Noteworthy for the fact that it dries to a clear finish on tiles and basins.

Use it only ‑ Zwitax · concentrated bathroom cleaner
Highly concentrated toilet and bathroom cleaner. Good drying and lime‑free finish. Bottles incorporate a dosage control feature ensuring that the concentrate is diluted and used in the prescribed manner.

8. Disinfectants

Xyloquat ‑ Plus®
Surface disinfectant and cleaner for use in hospitals and old people's homes. DGHM approved and listed.      (NEW)

Xyloquat disinfectant/cleaner®
Indispensable disinfectant/cleaner. In addition to its outstanding disinfectant effect (confirmed by numerous experts), Xyloquat is such a powerful cleaner that it is used, to a large extent, for the hygienic long‑term cleaning of toilets.

Xyloquat – LE®
Specially developed for kitchens and other areas associated with foods. Disinfectant with additional cleaning power. Xyloquat LE is odourless and is therefore incapable of tainting foods. Also serves as an odourless quick cleaning fluid.

Xyloquat ‑ S, algae destroyer®
The outstanding advantage of Xyloquat‑S is that it generates no foam and is therefore particularly suitable for use on swimming pools, especially indoor pools and outdoor mineral baths. Also effective against iron and myxo bacteria in cooling towers and water tanks.

9. Special products

Active scented cleaning fluid, flower fresh
Scented cleaning fluid for situations where there is a need to overcome strong smells. For spraying or direct application to e.g. urinals.

Algae ‑ Ex
Reliable destroyer of algae, moss and mildew on outdoor surfaces such as exposed aggregate concrete, natural stone, brickwork, metal and ceramics. For use on paths, walls, roofs and monuments.

Acrylate preservative
For automatic car washes as an airborne drying agent in the drying stage.

Car shampoo
For automatic car washes and washing cars by hand. Exceptionally mild, harmless to paintwork. Exhibits good foaming behaviour and dries to a transparent finish on paint.

Office equipment cleaner
Formulated for the cleaning of plastic surfaces in offices. The office equipment cleaner achieves an antistatic effect on computer monitor screens and working surfaces.

Paint strippers
liquid or paste
Well balanced product, containing new types of solvent, capable of removing paint of every type (graffiti on stone walls (paste) or felt tip marks on plastics (liquid)).

Anodised aluminium cleaner
Harmlessly cleans anodised aluminium surfaces. Contains no acids or alkalis.

External wall cleaner
This all‑purpose cleaner often proves effective in seemingly hopeless cases. Generally speaking, its use eliminates the need for cleaning stone walls by sandblasting.

Hand cleaning concentrate
Contains no alkalis, foams well, is hygienic, mild and kind to the skin.

Linker's antistatic fluid
A newly formulated antistatic fluid which can be used on floors subject to static charges while, at the same time, serving as a protective agent in that it possesses re‑impregnating characteristics.

Losoxinat ‑ blue (with corrosion inhibitor)®
Special formulation of original Losoxinat‑blue but with corrosion inhibitor to prevent machines developing rust as a consequence of cleaning.

Losostan – KWB®
Special cleaner for workshop floors and industrial plants. Has no effect on separators; exceptional demulsifying power. DEKRA‑approved.

Losostan – green®
Efficiently dissolves even thick oil and grease deposits on machines, motors, workshop floors, etc.

Tarpaulin cleaner
Tarpaulin cleaner for heavily soiled transport vehicle tarpaulins and other plastic/textile covers.

Polysiloxane wall preservative
For sealing external walls made of stone, brick or concrete against moisture and driving rain. Although water repellent, the surfaces remain breathable.

Siloxane defoaming agent
For use as an additive to a cleaning solution in situations where foaming substances are drawn from textile coverings into vacuum cleaning machines.

Siloxone surface cleaner
Surface cleaning and long‑term protective fluid for all types of bright, adherent surfaces such as stainless steel, aluminium and anodised aluminium. Also suitable for plastics.

Spray cleaner
Used to repair scratches and dull spots on floor coverings. To use, mix spray cleaner with CeOdee Super sealant or Oligomer, spray on and polish with a high speed machine.

Hand cleanser
Hand cleanser with outstanding grease dissolving capabilities. Kind to the skin.

Carpet cleaner
Special product for use in vacuum cleaning machines. No addition of an antifoaming agent is necessary, since this cleaner develops little foam.

Dry carpet cleaner
Cleaning foam disintegrates in the manner of a drying powder and can be removed with a vacuum cleaner.
